Pure Canadian Gaming has temporarily closed all casino operations as of March 17, 2020. Our top priority is the health and safety of our team members and guests and this decision is a reflection of that. This action is consistent with the recommendations of the province’s Chief Medical Officer of Health related to the precautionary measures for COVID-19. We will provide and update on when our casinos will re-open, taking into account guidance from public health authorities. Customers can continue to monitor our website and social media channels for any questions they may have.

Are Pure Casinos Closed?

As of March 17, 2020, all Alberta casinos have been temporarily closed by AGLC mandate, including Pure Casino Calgary, Pure Casino Lethbridge, Pure Casino Edmonton and Pure Casino Yellowhead due to the current COVID-19 situation.

When are the Casinos re-opening?

This closure will be in effect until it is deemed safe to re-open by the Government of Alberta and AGLC but we promise to provide consistent updates as information becomes available. Please follow us on Facebook and subscribe to our email list of the latest updates.

How will I know your casino will re-open?

We will announce when we are able to reopen on our social media platforms and sending out an email to our guests. You can subscribe to our email list at www.purecanadiangaming.com and choose the casino property you would like to hear from.

Will the restaurants be open when you re-open?

Yes, all our amenities will be available once we re-open – strictly following any new mandated operational processes and procedures.

Will your hours of operation be limited once re-opened?

Our hours of operation will follow any government mandated processes and procedures.

What will happen to my points?

We will extend the termination date for points from June 30th to include the downtime caused by the casinos closure. Guests will be able to use their points once the casinos re-open for the extended periods. More information will be released as it becomes available.

What is happening with Pure Rewards?

We have paused all Pure Rewards accounts from archiving due to inactive during our closure.

What is happening with Ticketed Entertainment – Postponed Shows?

All postponed shows will be rescheduled to a new date. These new dates will be announced as soon as possible. Please visit us on Facebook and on our website www.purecasinoyellowhead.com/shows/ for the latest updates on new show dates. Tickets purchased for the postponed shows will be honoured on the new dates. We encourage ticket holders to hold on to their tickets. If purchased online through Ticketmaster, guests will be able to receive a refund through My TM account.
